To use the NFC tap function of your Tap2X smart business card you will need to tap the NCF chip located on the back of your card on a compatible phones NFC reader. Below are the most common phones and their reader locations.
iPhone devices:
iPhone NFC readers are found on the front of the devices. Simply place the smartcard close to the top of the screen.
All iPhones require iOS 13.0 or later.
Compatible with iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Android devices:
As a general rule Android devices NFC readers are located on the back of the phones.
Locations on the back vary by model but a slow slide of the card from top to bottom should find it quite easily.
Troubleshooting:
Ensure the phones NFC is enabled in settings (iPhones require Wifi turned on)
